Lena Zerbinopoulos

Lena lives with her husband and two rare disorders - medullary sponge kidneys (MSK) and hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS) - a painful connective tissue disorder.

It was the diagnosis of hEDS in 2016 that empowered her to take control of her health and start a Pilates routine. After years of consistent practice, the chronic pain had significantly reduced overall and completely disappeared in some areas - greatly improving her daily functionality.

Lena merged her 20 years’ experience in accounting with her passion for movement with the opening of my pilates studio in Manchester, NH in April of 2021. Her continued goal is to introduce as many people as possible to the powerful, therapeutic benefits of Pilates.

In April of 2024, Lena opened a location on Columbus Avenue on the South end of Boston.

Lena is a life long student, as well as an instructor and has taken many different training workshops and continues her Comprehensive certification journey through Balanced Body. When not practicing Pilates, Lena loves to visit the beach and spend time with her husband. She is most proud of raising her two amazing boys.

Michelle Douglas

Michelle has been practicing Pilates for the last decade, first discovering it by tagging along with her mother’s session as she used Pilates to help her recover and regain mobility following breast cancer.

Michelle’s been a lifelong mover from dancing to competitive sports and believes in the transformative power of Pilates, not just as a physical practice but also as a means of cultivating a deeper connection between mind and body.

She is dedicated to creating a space where everyone can feel empowered, confident, and supported in their journey towards optimal health and well-being.

Currently pursuing her Balanced Body Comprehensive certification, she is constantly expanding her knowledge and refining her skills to provide her clients with the best possible experience.

Natalia Jenerenco

With a background in physical therapy, Natalia incorporates her knowledge of biomechanics and anatomy into her Pilates programming.

Natalia is a Comprehensive Certified Pilates Instructor, trained by Club Pilates. She has instructed individuals from all levels of physical ability, from professional athletes and dancers to those with limitations resulting from injuries, surgeries, aging and illness. She even has experience with those who are in prenatal and postpartum stages.

Lila Kaplan

As a swimmer for Westfield State Women’s Swimming and Diving team in college, fitness has always been a huge part of Lila’s life.

She began her Pilates journey as a studio assistant at Club Pilates and became certified there.

Lila currently works in downtown Boston in property management. When she's not working or teaching Pilates classes, she loves to take other group fitness classes in the city.

You can find Lila at the studio every other weekend!

Kathryn Costello

Kathryn is a recent graduate of Saint Anselm College. She played for the women’s soccer team and developed a passion for fitness and health.

Her mom completed two marathons and inspired her to find a love in running. While Kathryn enjoys running, Pilates has introduced her to a new form of fitness, focused on low-impact exercise that builds strength and aids in overall well being - bringing her to a new chapter in her self-wellness journey.

Kathryn started her Pilates teacher-in-training journey with Balanced Body through Boston Body Pilates. She continues this journey by teaching a couple evenings a week at the Boston studio.
