Our Cancellation Policy

For classes, a 12-hour cancellation notice is required. Cancelling your session within 12 hours results in loss of your class credit.

Rescheduling or cancelling your class early results in a credit being added back to your studio account, to be used for rescheduling your class at a time that’s convenient for you.

We offer 1 exception every 60 days. If you must late cancel, the system will charge you a $15 cancellation fee but add your class credit back to your account. Once you’ve exhausted your exceptions, you forfeit your class credit.
