Meet the Team

  • Lena Zerbinopoulos

    OWNER | PILATES INSTRUCTOR

After her diagnosis of hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS) in 2016, Lena started practicing Pilates and found a whole new appreciation for movement. The strength and stability greatly improved her functionality.

In April 2021, Lena merged her 25 years’ experience in accounting with her passion for movement and opened her first studio in Manchester, NH. She started her teacher training program and decided to expand her operations to introduce more students to reformer Pilates.

With the help of her husband, Mark, she opened two additional studios in Boston, Massachusetts. Mark and Lena have two amazing adult sons.

Certified by Balanced Body (Mat and Reformer) and with four years of teaching experience, Lena believe that education is a continuous journey.
